Todd M. Schiffmacher is a seasoned litigator with almost 20 years of experience.  He has extensive experience representing individuals in all types of personal injury matters including car accidents, premises liability matters, product liability cases, animal bites, wrongful death, construction accidents, truck accidents and motorcycle accidents.  He has tried numerous cases to verdict and obtained millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.  Throughout his career, not only has he represented individual plaintiffs and claimants in pursuing damages for bodily injury, lost wages, medical expenses and disability benefits, he has defended individuals, businesses, companies, school districts, municipalities and police departments on behalf of insurance companies. 

In addition to personal injury matters, Mr. Schiffmacher handles civil litigation and commercial litigation matters including breach of contract claims, property disputes, debt collections, fraud claims, landlord / tenant disputes and evictions, real estate matters, mechanics’ liens, labor law claims and construction and contractor disputes.  He is personal counsel to several contractors and construction companies.
